About Sweet D’s Blog: Wife, Mom, Super planner. Sweet D’s Creations is dedicated to sharing craft, party, tips and recipe stories. At the end of 2016, I needed to leave my job as a Technical Project Manager to focus on my more important job as a Mom. This blog has given me a creative outlet to share my stories.
I never was big on doing crafts or anything creative until I reached the age of 28 and became a Mom. I now have 3 beautiful children. When I started throwing birthday parties, baby showers, and wedding showers the most cost effective way was for me to do most things myself. I always considered myself to not be a “crafty” person or a “good” cook. Very quickly, I learned with some simple instructions and pictures that I too could create beautiful events, amazing crafts, and delicious food.
My hope is that after reading this blog you’ll have great tools to throw unique parties, make crafts, and serve some delicious food.
Remember if life gives you lemons, turn it into lemonade and serve it at your next party!
